The Oliver House is one of Norwood’s notable historic homes, but today offers a place for board meetings, brainstorm sessions, interviews, and food staging space for events in the Yard or the Livery.
This late 19th century home’s interior has been updated while retaining the original layout and classic woodwork. The entry foyer has room for formal greeting. The fireplace is a warm focal point between open living and dining rooms, with a large whiteboard for those work-session meetings. And the kitchen offers large counters, stove, sinks and limited utensils. Full dinner service dishes, flatware & glassware are available for rental.
The second floor has four (4) offices and a shared restroom. These are available for monthly rental through NPRD. Coded entry allows on-demand access for renters. Dedicated wifi is included.
