BACK TO BASICS – a fun Fitness Class for everyone!
New series starting Feb. 19, Melissa Currie will be teaching a step and weights program. It is designed for all fitness levels. There will be steps available. The only thing you need is a water bottle, a mat, and some weights.
Come join me at the Livery in Norwood, Monday at 5:30pm for 40 minutes.
Series 3: April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, May 6, 13, & 20. The program costs $ 60 Drop in class $17 per class.
