Hula hoop dance classes – beginner to advanced – on & off body hooping:
Hula hoop dance is a fun & active way to express yourself. In classes we will work on off body routines & on body hooping. Hula hooping is a low impact activity that helps strengthen physical & mental health. Bring water, a positive attitude & wear comfy clothing. All ability levels are welcome, I will provide hoops, instruction & some fun, funky music!
Meghan Kelly has been hula hooping for 5 years. She enjoys circus multi hoop tricks as well as incorporating yoga & contortion into her flow. She has performed for 3 years with fire, hoops & various other flow props. Movement is medicine & hooping has played a major role in strengthening her mental & physical health.
